Group Application

  • Group Entries are only applicable only for Majja Run Timed 5K, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race categories.
  • Please DO NOT club Open 10K run entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.
  • Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, using any of the modes detailed below, this will constitute a group entry.
  1. Online group registration using scratch card

    • All members of the group have to register individually online
    • Each group needs to purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch card, the group needs to provide below mentioned documents:
      1. PAN Card of the company/NGO/any other entity.
      2. A covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/ NGO/ any other entity. Format of the covering letter which includes the following:
        a:) Name of the group.
        b:) Total Number of entries to be submitted
        c:) Details of Payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/Cheque/DD/Card Payment, date of purchase, amount, bank details in case of Cheque/DD submitted.
        d:) Name, contact number, email id of the one point of contact of the group and address of the company/entity/NGO.
        e:) GST Number of the company/entity/NGO to raise an invoice
        f:) State Name and State Code to raise an invoice
      3. The cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “Procam International Pvt. Ltd.”.
      4. Post submission of the above given documents, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the covering letter.
      5. Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online here using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.
      6. Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for TCS WORLD 10K BENGALURU 2019 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will be refunded after deducting processing fees of Rs 150.
      7. Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.
      8. All requisites to register online by an individual, needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration.
  2. Physical Forms

    • All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.
    • Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member .The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of“PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. ”.
    • Each group must submit their entries together at one time along with a copy of PAN card of the company/ NGO/ any other entity, in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/ NGO/ any other entity as per the format mentioned covering letter
      1. Name of the group.
      2. Total Number of entries to be submitted
      3. Details of Payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/Cheque/DD/Card Payment, date of purchase, amount, bank details in case of Cheque/DD submitted.
      4. Name, contact number, email id of the one point of contact of the group and address of the company/entity/NGO.
      5. GST Number of the company/entity/NGO to raise an invoice
      6. State Name and State Code to raise an invoice
    • Post submission of the above given documents, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s postal address mentioned in the covering letter.
