  1. DHL Corporate Champions is open only for registered companies/firms in existence for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of application.

  2. Only individual and team performances at the rescheduled DHL Corporate Champions on 7th June 2015 will be considered for prize money eligibility.

  3. A corporate team will comprise of 3 runners (2 men and 1 woman) who are current full time employees of the company. A company can field a multiple of teams upto a maximum of 10 teams.

  4. On race day (i.e. 7th June 2015), all three members of each team will run the full distance of 10 kms.

  5. The aggregate of the net timings of all 3 runners will decide the finish positions amongst the companies respectively.

  6. Prize money winning positions will be awarded to the best one performing team of each participating company, depending upon their standings in the overall finish positions. A company will stand a chance of winning only one position out of the top 5 prize money positions in this race category as mentioned in Chart A, irrespective of their teams’ overall standings. For example, let’s consider ABC has fielded 3 teams (ABC-1, ABC-2, ABC-3), EFG has 4 teams (EFG-1, EFG-2, EFG-3, EFG-4), HIK has one team, LMN has one team, PQR has 2 teams (PQR-1, PQR-2), and XYZ has 2 teams (XYZ-1, XYZ-2). On race day, based on aggregate net timings of each team, the finish positions of the teams is as under –

  1. Procam reserves the right to ask for any documentation that may be required for verification and confirmation of the team at any point in time.

  2. Prize money for fastest male and female runner from all DHL Corporate Champions teams, as mentioned in Chart B of DHL Corporate Champions prize money structure, is applicable only for those individuals who belong to valid corporate team, i.e. all 3 confirmed team members of a team have started their run at 6:00 a.m. on 7th June 2015. Prize money entitlement for the fastest male and female runner (Chart B) will be based on the net time of runners.

  3. Results declared on race day shall be ‘provisional’ and final entitlement to prize money winning positions of the DHL Corporate Champions teams is subject to –

    1. The teams having started their run at the official start time on 7th June 2015,

    2. Bib tag timing of all team members having been captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats,

    3. All 3 members of the team have completed their 10 km distance within 90 minutes of start time.

  4. Runners found to have interchanged their bib tag and/or their running number bib with others, shall be liable to be disqualified from the competition. Such runners shall not be entitled to any timing nor prize money.

  5. There will be no substitution allowed once the company team is confirmed for participation in the DHL Corporate Champions category. Any substitution found, whether intentional or not, shall entail disqualification of the team and all its team members from the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2015.

  6. The team (and its team members) shall also be liable for disqualification where a team member does not report for the run on race day or reports without valid running bib and/or bib tag. However, team members of the disqualified team reporting for the race will be able to run in their individual capacities in the DHL Corporate Champions and be entitled to timing certificates mentioning their individual timings and rankings, provided they start their run at the official start time of the DHL Corporate Champions category. Such individuals will be not eligible for prize money for the fastest male and female runner (refer to Chart B of the prize money structure).

  7. Prize money winning team members declared may be required to submit certified true copies of their photo identity proofs or any other document as may be required by the event promoters.

  8. The event promoters, Procam International Pvt Ltd reserve the right to disqualify a corporate team and/or suspend results/prize money of the team in case of any discrepancy found on race day and/or in the application/documents submitted at any point in time.

  9. Prize Money winnings are subject to Indian Income Tax Rules as applicable and taxes, if any, would be borne by the winner.

  10. Post verification, prize money of each winning team will be divided equally and remitted directly in the names of its team members.

  11. Procam International Pvt Ltd’s decision on rankings and entitlements of prize money will be final and binding on all.
