ENTRY RULES AND GUIDELINES OF MAJJA RUN

  • You may use a photocopy of the physical or downloaded form from here to send in your application.

  • Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

  • Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes mentioned here No individual/group has been authorised to collect entries on behalf of the organizers.

  • Before sending in your application, please check if you..

    • have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form;

    • have affixed a copy of your latest colour passport sized photograph on the form;

    • have attached a copy of either your Aadhar card, PAN card or passport to the form;

    • have enclosed the requisite application fees (refer to ‘application fees’ chart);

    • have signed the ‘waiver’ in the application form;

    • have met the minimum age eligibility criteria for the chosen race category;

    • if the applicant is below the age of 18 years, the guardian has also signed the ‘waiver’ and written his/her relation with the applicant.

  • Group entries:

    Group Entries are applicable only for Majja Run, Sr. Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race categories

    Please DO NOT club Open 10K run entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.

    Online group registration using scratch card

    • Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries online using only the scratch card as the payment mode, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to register individually online here

    • Payment for online group entries will be made via scratch cards that are available for purchase in bulk from our registration office at Sree Kanteerava Stadium at at Room No. 93, Gate No. 3, Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru–560 001 (timing: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday).

    • Each group deciding to register online must purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch cards, the group needs to provide a covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/ any entity stating –

      • Total number of entries to be submitted

      • Details of payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. cheque/DD number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,

      • Name, contact number and email id of one common point of contact for the group;

      • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity.

      • Only one cheque/DD/card payment will be accepted for purchasing scratch cards. This cheque/DD/ card payment should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.-W10K”.

    • Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online here using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.

    • Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2017 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will not be refunded.

    • Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.

    • All requisites to register online by an individual needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration.

    Physical Forms

    • Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to fill and sign individual entry forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the entry form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.

    • Each group must submit their entries together one time, in a single envelope under a covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/ any entity stating –

      • Total number of entries enclosed in each race category,

      • Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,

      • Name and contact details of one common point of contact for the group;

      • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity;

      • Only one cheque/DD/ card payment will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD/ card payment should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.-W10K”.

    • Deposit application forms along with requisite application fees and covering letter at our Registration office, Sree Kanteerava Stadium at Room No. 93, Gate No. 3, Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru–560 001 (timing: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday).

    • Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not to be accepted.

  • Application status: Post closure of registrations, individual applicant can check his/her application status here. If you are unable to check application status online, please contact our event helpline number +91 8041739955 or email us at tcsworld10k@procam.in.

  • Entries not accepted: Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 30th June 2017. An amount of Rs. 100 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 15th June 2017.

  • Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo.

  • Running number bib collection:

    • All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come to the Get Active Expo Bengaluru at Koramangala Indoor Stadium, 80 Feet Rd, 8th Block, KHB Games Village, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078 scheduled from 17th May 2017 to 20th May 2017 in order to collect their running number bibs. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses

    • In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her authorised representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than FIVE individual participants.

    • Authorised representative must carry with him/her (a) the website confirmation downloaded from application status, (b) photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card or passport) of the representative and the confirmed participant.

  • Confirmed runner’s identity and proof of residence may be verified by a verification agency hired for validating the details provided by you in the form. Where any information and/or any document provided by an applicant/runner at any point in time is found to be incorrect, participation of the said runner shall be withheld /disqualified and there will be no refund of application fees paid by the runner. All benefits accruing to the said runner as a participant of Tata Consultancy Services World 10K Bengaluru 2017 shall stand forfeited.

  • All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2018. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

  • Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned in this form prior to submitting your application. Confirmation of applications received will be subject to the applicable confirmation criteria and the entry rules given herein.

  • This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at the sole discretion of the event Promoters, Procam International Pvt. Ltd., and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
