What is the minimum age eligibility for applying in Champions with Disability race category?

Minimum age eligibility as on 20.05.2017 is 12 Years

Is there any upper age limit for each race?

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through onlineregistrations

In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.-W10K

Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via Scratch Card, credit card, net banking or debit card.

How can I check my application status?

Post close of registrations, individual applicant is required to go online and check his/her application status. If you are unable to check application status online, please contact our event helpline number +91 8041739955 or email us at tcsworld10k@procam.in.

Can I register for more than one race?

No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail in all being rejected.

Can I register for my friend?

No. An applicant has to sign the waiver himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

Can I run with somebody else’s running BIB on race day?

No. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2018. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

Are there any confirmation preference criteria in Majja Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions with Disability?

Confirmation preference criteria do not apply to registration and confirmation process of the Majja Run/Sr. Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability categories. Applications for these categories will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis, until close date of registrations or until running places for each of the categories are filled, whichever is earlier.

Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?

Yes, but ONLY if you wish to participate in the Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run or Champions with Disability. No group applications will be accepted for the Open 10K race category. Also, please do not club Open 10K applications with group applications of Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability – such applications will be disqualified.

What are the things to be remembered while submitting application forms as a GROUP?

Group Entries are only applicable only for Majja Run, Sr. Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race categories

Please DO NOT club Open 10K run entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.

Online group registration using scratch card

  • Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries online using only the scratch card as the payment mode, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to register individually online here

  • Payment for online group entries will be made via scratch cards that are available for purchase in bulk from our registration office at Sree Kanteerava Stadium at Room No. 93, Gate No. 3, Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru–560 001 (timing: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday).

  • Each group deciding to register online must purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch cards, the group needs to provide a covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/ any entity stating –

    • Total number of entries to be submitted

    • Details of payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. cheque/DD number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,

    • Name, contact number and email id of one common point of contact for the group;

    • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity.

    • Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for purchasing scratch cards. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.-W10K”.

  • Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online here using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.

  • Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2017 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will not be refunded.

  • Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.

  • All requisites to register online by an individual needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration.

Physical Forms

  • Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to fill and sign individual entry forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the entry form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.

  • Each group must submit their entries together one time, in a single envelope under a covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/ any entity stating –

    • Total number of entries enclosed in each race category,

    • Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,

    • Name and contact details of one common point of contact for the group;

    • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity;

    • Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.-W10K”.

  • Deposit application forms along with requisite application fees and covering letter at our Registration office, Sree Kanteerava Stadium at Room No. 93, Gate No. 3, Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru–560 001 (timing: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday).

  • Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not to be accepted.

Can I fill a single application form on behalf of all the members of the group participating in the event?

No, each member/ runner needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached.

Can a representative submit applications on behalf individuals?

Yes, however, a representative can submit individual applications for not more than 5 applicants.

Is attaching passport sized photograph with the application form/online application form compulsory?

Yes, a latest passport size photo with face clearly visible, has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.

Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application (including online) compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof with your full date of birth clearly mentioned whilst submitting application; the file size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof with your full date of birth clearly mentioned will include documents like Passport, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, etc.

I am a student and do not possess any of the above ID proofs. What do I submit along with my application?

We will accept valid school / college identity cards for students below the age of 18 years.

While registering online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my account but my transaction status is shown as pending?

You need to send the transaction number immediately at tcsworld10k@procam.in

While registering online, I am not receiving the email to reset my password. What should I do?

You should check your spam/junk folder for your reset password email. In case if the problem still persists, you can email us at tcsworld10k@procam.in

What should I do if I am unable to open the registration website?

We recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized registration experience. You should also clear the cache & cookies and retry. If the problem still persists, send us a screenshot of the error at tcsworld10k@procam.in

On what grounds can my entry be rejected or declared invalid?

Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A rejection mail will be sent to your registered email address mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your entry:

  • Incomplete form submitted,

  • Waiver not signed,

  • iApplicant is underage for the race chosen,

  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,

  • More than one entry form received from the same applicant,

  • Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee,

  • vLocal Bengaluru cheque not submitted,

  • viRequired documents not attached/submitted,

  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank,

  • Running places are full,

  • Any other reason.

What options do I have in case my application gets rejected/I was not able to register on time?

Unregistered applicants can approach Event’s official Philanthropy Partner, India Cares Foundation, for charity running places. Such charity running places will be available at premium and the proceeds of the same, minus the applicable entry fees, will go to the NGO chosen by the respective runner. It is important that the NGO must be listed as participating NGO with India Cares Foundation

Will I get a refund of my entry fees on my entry not having been accepted?

Your entry fees will be refunded vide a NEFT transfer to you by 30th June 2017. You will be contacted on your email asking for your NEFT / Bank account details. An amount of INR 100 will be deducted as processing charges.

Can I transfer my application/registration in favour of another person?

Registrations are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Once applied can I cancel my entry and get refund?

Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo.

Can I change my race category once I have applied/my entry is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

Is Goodie bag available to all participants of TCS WORLD 10K 2017?
