Care Champions

 

I] Care Champion – Diamond

Care Champion Diamond is an individual who undertakes to raise a minimum of INR 5 lakh in donations. In order to register, a Care Champion Diamond needs to make an upfront contribution of INR 12,500 in favour of ‘India Cares Foundation’. This will be included in the total minimum amount to be raised by the Care Champion Diamond.

 What a Care Champion – Diamond can look forward to:

Pre Race Day

  • Regular contact with India Cares.
  • Name, profile and quote of the Care Champion Diamond on the Event website and India Cares’ website.
  • Individual fund raising page on India Cares’ website facilitated by the Philanthropy Partner.
  • *Feature on ‘Wall of Change’ at the Get Active Expo.
  • *Invite (non-transferable) for self to the Event pasta party
  • Special effort to highlight the Care Champion Diamond and their causes in media.

*On Race Day

  • Personalised running number bib.
  • Official Event Kitting (Event track suit, t-shirt, cap & shoes).
  • Invitee car park sticker for race day.
  • Invite to VIP Marquee on Race Day, which is an opportunity to meet the Event Ambassadors and other celebrities.
  • Priority line-up if participating in the Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run or in the Champions with Disability category

*Post Race Day

  • Invitation to the ‘Champions Dinner’ on race day evening at ITC Windsor Bengaluru
  • Free Race Day Photograph (subject to image being captured by www.marathon-Photos.com on race day).
  • Processing, reconciliation and acknowledging all pledge cheques received, issuing receipts, and 80G certificates wherever applicable.
  • Featured in the post Event docket.

 India Cares retains Rs 12,500 of the total funds raised by a Care Champion Diamond as donation for the support provided to the participating Care Champion and NGO.

*Benefits extended when the Care Champion achieves minimum fundraising target on or before 30th April 2015

II] Care Champion – Gold

Care Champion Gold is an individual who undertakes to raise a minimum of INR 2.50 lakh in donations. Individual needs to make an upfront contribution of INR 9,000 at the time of registration in favour of ‘India Cares Foundation’. This will be included in the total minimum amount to be raised by the Care Champion Gold.

What a Care Champion – Gold can look forward to:

Pre Race Day

  • Regular contact with India Cares.
  • Name and profile of the Care Champion Gold on the Event website and website of India Cares.
  • Individual fund raising page on India Cares’ website facilitated by the Philanthropy Partner.
  • *Mention on ‘Wall of Change’ at the Get Active Expo.
  • *Invite (non-transferable) to self for the event pasta party.
  • Special effort to highlight the Care Champion Gold and their causes in media.

*On Race Day

  • Personalised running number bib.
  • Official Event Kitting (Event track suit, t-shirt & cap).
  • Care Champion Gold raising funds of above INR 5 Lakh on or before 30th April 2015 shall be elevated as a Care Champion Diamond and will be entitled to relevant race day and post race day benefits.
  • Invitee car park sticker for race day.
  • Invite to VIP Marquee on Race Day, which is an opportunity to meet the Event Ambassadors and other celebrities.
  • Priority line-up if participating in the Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run or in the Champions with Disability category

III] Care Champion – Silver

A Care Champion Silver is an individual who undertakes to raise a minimum of INR 1 Lakh in donations. Individual needs to make an upfront contribution of INR 5,000 at the time of registration in favour of ‘India Cares Foundation’. This will be included in the total minimum amount to be raised by the Care Champion Silver.

What a Care Champion – Silver can look forward to:

Pre Race Day

  • Regular contact with India Cares.
  • Name of the Care Champion Silver on the Event website and website of India Cares.
  • Individual fund raising page on India Cares’ website facilitated by the Philanthropy Partner.
  • *Mention on Wall of Change at the Get Active Expo.

*On Race Day

  • Special designed running number bib
  • Official Event kitting (Event t-shirt & cap)
  • Invite to VIP Marquee on Race Day, which is an opportunity to meet the Event Ambassadors and other celebrities.
  • Priority line-up if participating in the Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run or in the Champions with Disability category
  • Care Champion Silver raising funds of above INR 2.50 Lakh on or before 30th April 2015 shall be elevated as a Care Champion Diamond and will be entitled to relevant race day and post race day benefits.

Youth Cares

A Youth Cares team needs to raise a minimum of INR 50,000 in donations. The team needs to make an upfront contribution of INR 2,500 at the time of registration in favour of ‘India Cares Foundation’. This will be included in the total minimum amount to be raised by the Youth Cares Team. Each team of Youth Cares will comprise of 3 to 5 participants who belong to a single educational institution and shall belong to the age group 12 years to 21 years. Team members of all Youth Cares teams can participate only in the Majja Run category.

Privileges for Youth Cares teams:

Youth Cares teams who cross the minimum aggregate fundraising threshold of INR 50,000 per team on or before 30th April 2015, can look forward to the following privileges at TCS World 10K 2015 Bengaluru. The upfront contribution of INR 2,500 shall be considered in the minimum threshold limit.

Pre Race Day

  • Regular contact with India Cares.
  • Special page for the team on the India Cares website, with the team mentioned on the Event website.
  • Mention on Wall of Change at the Get Active Expo.
  • Invitation to the team members of the highest fund raising team as on 30th April 2015, along with one representative from their educational institute, to the Event pasta party.

On Race Day

  • Special running number bib.
  • Event tee for top 3 fund raising teams as on 30th April 2015.

Post Race Day

  • Processing, reconciliation and acknowledging all pledge cheques received, issuing receipts, and 80G certificates wherever applicable.
  • Youth Cares team will be named in the post event docket.
  • Award for the top 2 fundraising teams.
  • Event certificate to members of all successful Youth Cares teams.
